Return Policy
We make every effort to provide high quality products to our customers and hope that you are pleased and satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return most anything within 30 days of the order date. (Personalized items cannot be returned). Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
We will refund your payment less any shipping charges once the return is received. We reserve the right to reject returns and exchanges that do not meet this criteria.
Backorder Policy
If an item you have ordered becomes discontinued or backordered, you will be notified and have the option to choose another product or receive a full refund for the discontinued or backorderd items.
Shipping Policies
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (not including weekends) from the order date. For personalized items, please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends) from the order date for processing.
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of order, distance shipment travels, and type of UPS shipping service chosen (i.e. UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, etc).
All wedding favors are shipped and delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS).
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, including apartment numbers or suite numbers for business address delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their will be someone available to receive the package at the shipping address given. If the package is left at the door, it will be the customer's sole responsibility to ensure receipt. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Damaged Goods Policy
We make every effort to provide high quality products to our customers and hope that you will be pleased and satisfied with your order. However, if any part of your order is damaged you may exchange the item or return it for a full refund provided the damage wasn't caused by the shipping company.
If damage happened during shipping (i.e. crushed boxes), a damage claim must be made with United Parcel Service (UPS). Customers must call UPS 1-800-457-4022 to initiate a claim for the damage. We will be happy to assist the customer in filing the damage claim, however the claim must be initiated by the customer. Any and all claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. After this time, the shipment will be considered to be in good condition.
